Our next annual meeting is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 8 am, Sugarloaf Outdoor Center. Our members are notified of the meeting by U.S. mail in September.

From here, they will be forwarded to the board for approval. You will be notified via email once they are approved.

FAQs
- How are Assessment fees determined and when are they due?
The amount of the Association dues is voted on at our annual meeting, which is held in October during Homecoming Weekend. Each year, our members are notified of the meeting by U.S. mail in September. They are due December 1st.
- What does the Assessment fee cover?
The annual assessment fee covers road maintenance/plowing as well as legal and administrative costs. It does not cover the maintenance or plowing of individual driveways.
- Are there any updates on Penobscot Land Use?
The Penobscot Nation has graciously granted trail access on an annual basis in the past. We do not have consent currently, and until we receive such permission, and resolve any underlying concerns that may be preventing it, we do not have permission to access portions of the CV Trails network on Penobscot Nation Lands.
- How do I get a mailbox?
If you would like a mailbox located in REHA, please call the Post Office in Kingfield at 207-265-4122. The Postmaster's name is Dean Stanley.
